「Reception The staff on reception went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. We travelled to Braintree to celebrate my 80th birthday as our family is somewhat scattered, with our eldest daughter living in Braintree. We had booked 3 rooms and the wonderful reception staff allowed my daughter access to each room to leave special gifts for us and balloons in my room.
