"The hotel was very busy so front desk staff had a hard time keeping the lobby and coffee area stocked and clean. Not sure why they thought it was beneath them to empty overflowing trashcans or organize the snack area. A dog had an accident in the only elevator on the property so that didn't help. They just needed more staff."

"Housekeeping very poor. House phone broken and indexable during my stay. Bath has constant sewer smell. "

"This is a revamped older property. The rooms are very nice, Evan the front desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating. The common areas are "ok" Breakfast is soso. Good location and good value in my opinion. I will stay here again."

"The breakfast on 5/6 was cold. Our room was not cleaned on the days that we stayed. The bar was excellent and the bartender, "J" , was as always, spectacular. She greeted everyone and made sure that everones orders were filled promptly."

"10/10 right downtown near some great bars, food, and of course insomnia cookies. They lock the doors at night and have a nice security guy so that made us feel really safe. They also have a really great buffet style breakfast with varying options per day while also keeping the same core foods."

"We didn't eat at the hotel, but the staff were very nice, the room was clean, and parking was easy. "

"No housekeeping if your stay is more than 2 days. Dirty Towels in hallway and trash from rooms left in hallway. Front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Had to go to front desk to request towels and TP. Elevator floor was not cleaned in the five days we stayed there. OK for one night and convenient to 93. Would not stay there again for a lengthy stay. Breakfast was acceptable."
