The amenities and staff were good, breakfast was well above average. However the noise forces me to take this particular location off the list for a return stay. I was on the 3rd floor. The road noise is far too loud for not even being located directly off a main road. There is virtually zero sound proofing between floors. I could hear everytime my upstairs neighbor did anything, which they did at 5:30 every morning and spent 2 hours getting ready for the day. The elevator ding is absurdly loud, clearly audible from within the room. Lastly the doors slam shut with so much force - making for a very loud and very palpable notification anytime someone on your floor was leaving their room. Unfortunately most of these things are structural, non-fixable issues so I will not be returning here on my next trip.

Beds and kitchen table chairs were ridiculously low to the ground, as if the room was setup for little people. Staff was nice. They charge their customers daily parking fees. I asked about those later-billed credit card charges when they showed up on my credit card a couple days after returning home. They also make you place a little, yellow slip on your dashboard that identifies you as being a paying a customer, like the campgrounds do. A genuine pain and something I've never seen before in my many travels. Their only explanation and justification for these daily charges was that "a number of other hotels do it." Not an acceptable and reasonable response, in my opinon. The property, after all, is remote and not in an area where other business are located and people, other than their customers, might use and take up parking spaces needed by their customers. A couple days later, after refusing to return my parking fees, without notification, they credited me back the full parking fees. So, somebody made the decision change to handle my complaint quietly. I dont know if they actually changed the greedy policy for everyone, however. I would check, before returning there, and I would ask for a room with normal height chairs and a bed. It looked like they just placed the box spring on the floor. So, getting out of bed was rough on my old knees. Other than these things, I would go back because everything else was rather nice. In fact, I would make this hotel my first choice.

Staff was excellent, good selection of items to buy (snacks, wine, etc), laundry room was a huge help (several machines out of order), room very nice, very comfy beds. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that the water temperature was not hot. Both the bath the night before and shower in the morning were warm, not hot. I did report this to the front desk and hopefully they can do something to adjust it before our next stay.

The first thing wrong was being told there was a parking fee of $5.00 a day. We were there for 11 days. It just seemed cheesy. We stayed at the same hotel 6 months ago and had no problems. The kitchen had 4 plates and 4 mugs. 1 fork and 1 plastic fork. 1 butter knife, 2 teaspoons serving spoon. Couple of larger steak-type knives. A few small glasses maybe4 and 1 large glass. All most makes a dishwasher unnecessary . The breakfast was so-so and stopped serving at 9am. Also we arrived on December 20 and checked out December 30. We had housecleaning only once. Expected twice, and had to hunt them down repeatedly for toilet paper.. I think next time we will try Marriott. We also were disappointed to find we couldn’t get an itemized bill for our stay. The staff was lovely.

the walkways were very icy. the pool was very green and we didn't use it because someone got sick in it. they closed it and cleaned it. Surprise bill at end of stay, was charged 20 dollars for parking it's not like this was a big city or major vacation location. it was an open parking lot, not a garage.

took a while to check in, no one at desk, person was helping in a room and doing "double duty"...otherwise it was pretty good, busy holiday weekend made breakfast a little chaotic, and hotel could use a little "love" , carpets are a little worn/stained , lots of "little" issues .....

Just stayed here one night after flying into Manchester on our way to Maine. Clean and comfortable room. Good location close to the airport with free shuttle. Didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at many different locations of Homewood suite, this location has a nice clean property. Nice spacious room. Nice warm pool, fluffy bedding. The only issue we had was our daughter cut her foot on a metal bed frame sticking out from her bed, we had to call down for some stuff missing that we needed, arrived within 10mins. We had a great time overall and enjoyed our time.

The property is in poor condition to include water damage in the ceiling and furniture falling apart. The cabinet doors were falling off.

Room needed to be cleaned more. Dishes and pots and pans needed to be restocked. Pool could use a little work. But the people were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfasts were great

We left too early to have breakfast but I was able to grab a cup of coffee to go. The only thing that was inconvenient was we checked in late (10:30 pm) and the parking lot was full so we had to cross the road and park at the hotel across the road - it was below zero and there wasn't a path snowblown in the snow so we had to walk through the snowbank with our luggage in those temps in the dark/late as two women...not a great situation.
