The reception was courteous, the entire building had a sense of cleanliness, the room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious, the internet was sufficiently fast, and the water dispenser was very convenient. I truly enjoyed this trip with my son. If I had to mention anything, it would have been nice to have a fork, knife, or chopsticks available, but that’s really just a luxury. Was nice to have the communal room/kitchen option upstairs L15 with microwave and water/tea/coffee.
Aircon in room was not overly strong even on lowest temp (I was in TPE with excessive heat time of year) and mini bar not super cold either and had no temperature setting (but these 2 things were bearable and kinda expected for this standard of hotel). Reception staff was a bit hit and miss with friendliness but overall had a great stay here. "
