"My daughter's family tried the breakfast buffet and said it was amazing. So many delicious options. The room was very lovely and clean. The staff was amazing and helpful, especially the concierge John Lee. The location was great, and adjoined a very nice mall. The lighting on the first floor entry and 6th floor check in is practically dark. Not my fav. The rooms could be a bit brighter, but not a big deal."

"Nice and helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Minutes walk to Ximenting and local transport. Sushiro and 7 Eleven downstairs. Very cold air con and very hot water shower. The hotel supplies you free bottled water as there is no water dispenser. No microwave oven but this is not an issue. You can heat up your meal from 7-Eleven. Availability of coins laundry if you need that."

"Building is well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. I booked this specifically for the pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Be advised that swim caps are required - I wish it was listed so I could prepare them for trip."

"The room was quite small with the bathroom sink located outside the bathroom next to the room door which is inconvenient when there is more than 1 person staying in the room. Otherwise the room was clean and there was a large snack area on the first floor. There was one free washer and dryer located above stairwell from the 8 th floor that worked. Taipei main station is huge so while the hotel is located 7 minutes from the station; it is a 15 minute walk to get on the metro."
