「This is a lovely cottage that combines an old setting with modern features. It is well equipped and clean and matches the details perfectly.Christina is really helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The village is small with just a church and a busy pub serving good food. Woodbridge is a short car journey away with all the amenities you need.」

「Lovely place to stay, only a quarter mile from where I spent my summer holidays as a child」

「Very nice home and clean and the host was always responsive and helpful if needed to know anything」

「Lovely cottage near Saxmundham! Very cozy and plenty of space. We enjoyed the large tv, and off street parking. 」

「The house was spacious and cosy. Plenty of outdoor space for the children to play. Plenty of games to play, lots of butterflies and bees and swings in the trees. Shame the ponds were dried up because of the heat but the areas are lovely. An amazing holiday for our family. Thank you.」

「We (family of 4 with 2 small children) had a lovely stay at this cottage! Very friendly landlord and beautiful welcome package. Basic amenities to get you started straight after arrival like tea, suggar, milk, bread. Ideally situated in a quiet area with horse paddock right next to the cottage. Underfloor heating was very cozy, modern cooking area.」

「Lovely old cottage and we had a great time. There are a few things guests should be aware of. We didn't realise the opening to the bedroom upstairs was only 4 feet 2 height until after booking. We managed but others might not especially if you need to get up in the night- bathroom is downstairs. As 2 guests have to sleep in the annexe 2 keys to the main front door should be provided rather than having to wait for people in main house to get up. Annexe needs a WiFi booster. Plus a small welcome...

「Nice homely place to stay near to everything but tucked out the way. We had a really relaxing time with the doggies thanks」

「A great base for a visit to Lowestoft. Early morning views from Pakefield cliffs are amazing. The house is in a quiet road and parking was easy for us. Pakefiepld has many little gems and it is worth exploring the nearby streets for Victoria architectural gems.」
