「The lift broke and as a disabled person the 2nd floor was an issue so Alison on reception not only moved me to the ground floor but collected all my belongings and brought them down for me. The room was clean comfy and quiet, would recommend the breakfast as well, purchase with your booking it’s cheaper. The only other issue I had was the disabled toilet was out of use in the reception I would however stay again. 」

「The property was very clean, amd the surroundings absolutely lovely, even despite the heavy rain of storm Claudia. It's an old, OLD building, so some creaks and age-related setbacks were expected. However it does seem that the maintenance team is slacking somewhat. Mine and my neighbours' toilets had poor drain venting, and would gurgle loudly. A few electrical sockets were loose or broken.
