Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3. Also, nowhere to dry wet...

"We've been using Norfolk Hideaways for some time. The North Norfolk region is a favourite with our family and the availability of cottages that allow pets is excellent. The place is bright and airy with a decent kitchen and good living space. Much bigger than some we have stayed at which are quaint and cute, but usually cramped. This was roomy and well laid out.
