"I enjoyed my stay. The staff is great! Food was good. The pool was clean and well maintained. For me the only down side is, they have no hot water. For some this won't be an inconvenience. So, I say I didi like it."

"This hotel has the luxury of being situated by the entrance of the beautiful Tikal National Park, and I guess feels it doesn’t need to give much more than that. Such a shame. Clean and comfortable enough but service, amenities and energy not as it should be. You can do SO much better Jungle Lodge. ..."

"This is my third and last time staying at this hotel. It used to be the most charming place near Tikal and it was filled with birds and animals that were a highlight. Now they get treated like pests and stay away, which was sad to note. There seems to be new management and it all felt sort of disconnected ..."
