Public buses connect Mount Martha to Mornington and Frankston, where you can catch a train to Melbourne CBD. Rideshare services and taxis are also readily available for short local trips.

Pool: For your safety, please ensure children are supervised at all times around the pool area, and no glassware is permitted near the pool.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travellers under the age of 23 that are travelling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1000 is required for all bookings. This deposit must be paid 7 days before check-in via bank transfer
The security deposit is held to cover any potential damages, missing items, excessive cleaning fees, or breaches of house rules during the stay.
The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, once our team has conducted an inspection and confirmed that no damages or violations have occurred. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
