"The photos looked great but really it's not a great hotel. Thankfully the bathroom was clean and the aroma of bleach was in the air. The floor (thankfully NOT carpeted) was sticky though. Possibly the cleaner used? The bathroom lights over the sink had only one working. I tightened them and the rest worked (except for one). The room just looked "beat up". "

"I had a King room on the 4th floor and liked the layout and the space. The lighting in front of the mirror could be better, but not a serious thing. A very slow drain in the bathroom sink, which I mentioned to the desk on check out. The shower was excellent. I'm not a fan of hotel breakfasts, but this one had a fairly good variety. The fire alarm going off at 6:00 am b/c some idiot didn't know to cut a bagel before toasting it was not appreciated. There was no message to guests about what happened, just the word of another guest in the hallway!!! The property was very convenient for the purpose of our stay. There are eating places, gas stations, coffee spots all very close. I would stay here again."

"The room was alright. The staff was fairly cooperative especially because they had to reprogram my key a million times due to it being inactive every single time I went to get into my room. I was told it was due to my cell phone but that isn’t a real thing. lol so whatever they just continued to reprogram. They had pre-charged my credit card before arrival as a “temporary hold”, then requested a deposit and the full room fees upon arrival on top of that (only reversed the temporary hold when I told her if she wanted me to pay upfront for everything else, I needed that reversed or I would not do such.) It was a complicated check in. "
