"Clean rooms great service and friendly staff great value"

"I recently checked out from this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, our first room had a strong unpleasant odor (like feet), so we requested to be moved. While they accommodated us, we had to bring all our luggage back down to the front desk ourselves, which was quite inconvenient. We also visited the pool area, and unfortunately, it did not match the photos shown online—it was quite disappointing. The pool itself was very cold, so we decided to try the hot tub instead, but it was clearly not well-maintained. You could see dirt along the edges and even in the bubbles, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the pool handrail/stairs felt loose, which could be a safety concern. On a positive note, the breakfast was good in terms of taste. However, several items ran out (like bacon), and we had to wait for refills, as some food trays were empty. Overall, while the staff were kind and breakfast was decent, there are definitely areas that need improvement, especially cleanliness, maintenance, and better upkeep of amenities."

"The hotel is dingy and dirty. The bed was comfortable and clean but the carpet, door handles, hallway walls, elevator doors and elevator buttons were dirty. Conversations in the hallway and slamming doors could be heard throughout the night. "
