"The staff are great and the rooms are very comfortable. We got a room with one queen this last stay and the only complaint is that the bed was not on the same side of the room as the television, but other than that, everything was great. "

"The staff was exceptional and friendly. This is honestly in my top 5 stays for hotel stays with my family. The room was spacious, clean, the beds and pillows were super comfy. The pool was good and provided needed entertainment. The breakfast was exceptional! There was so many options that there was something for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs somewhere to stay."

"This property is in need of some serious updating, it’s such a staple in Medicine hat and it’s disappointing to see what shape it is in, I’m told there’s new ownership so hopefully the new owners are willing to invest in the property. We had supper in the casino and the food was edible at best and the service was terrible, none of the staff could take it upon themselves to remove plates or empty glasses from our table all night and it was not busy. We did get a good rate on the room at least, I would not pay top dollar for this place anymore unfortunately "

"Staff was awesome, comfy bed, only issue is I didn’t get a wifi sign in and the pool is closed, however if you just need a place to stay for the week for work or whatever else this is the way to go. Good place to stay for the time being "
