「From the moment I first arrived I was not impressed. I walked into the front lobby, it was dimly lit, and didn't appear the cleanest. The hallways smell of heavy cigarette smoke and mildue. The room also smells heavily of cigarette smoke and mildue. I could tell that the room had been "cleaned" but It appears everything was just quickly wiped down. There were stains all on the carpet and splatterarks on the walls. The lamp shades next to the bed were all very dirty and didn't even stay upright. ...

「When I called the hotel before I booked the room ( maybe 2 hrs before I arrived) I asked about the pool , hot tub and breakfast. When I arrived I noticed dried mud in the lobby and in the main hallway , the mud was there our whole stay . Later the first night we went to use the hot tub , I was then informed by the front desk that the it had been broken ( no jets ) for about 3 weeks . The breakfast you had to microwave yourself ( egg products in ziplock bags ), and our room wasn’t made up or...

「The room had a weird smell to it. Not sure if it was mold or what it was. The beds were definitely old and not supportive, the pillows were thin pieces of fluff. The usb charging ports they had did not work. There’s no coffee creamer for your coffee, and strangely enough no shampoo, but they had a huge squeeze container of only conditioner. It wasn’t the cleanest room, with visible dirt on the walls and smears of things. Definitely needs an upgrade. The door to the hallway had cracks in them...

「I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotel rooms, but I was genuinely impressed with my stay at the Econo Lodge. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and I was even given a complimentary upgrade to the Jacuzzi suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was very clean, which is always one of the most important things for me.
