Wellness not included, bowling costs €30,-. This not communicated behorehand, never been in a hotel which offers a sauna, but asks money for it. We booked this hotel because of those two elements, so this was a pitty.

Das Zimmer im Hotel war wirklich groß, mit Sofa und Balkon. Es gab die Möglichkeit sich einen Café mit einer Dolce Gusto zu machen oder nen Tee. Badezimmer war auch sehr geräumig und schön. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich, auch die Gestaltung des Market Dome echt super. Als wir im Aqua Mundo schwimmen waren und hinaus in den Außenbereich geschwommen sind hat es sogar geschneit, das war so schön. Nur es war für uns und wir sind keine Frostbeulen schon ein wenig zügig im Aqua Mundo außerhalb des Wassers. Alles in allem wirklich entspannte 2 Tage.

Obwohl unser Zimmer fertig war, war es im System nicht frei gegeben und wir haben lange gewartet. Die Anlage war aufgrund der Ferien sehr voll, besonders das Schwimmbad.

Sehr schöner Park, vom Personal warem alle sehr freundlich, Zimmer war sauber und schön und das Essen war sehr gut. Der Spielberg hat uns sehr gefallen und das Schwimmbad natürlich auch.

Wij zijn hier 2x geweest. 1 keer op het park en 1 keer in het hotel. Op het park is het prachtig, mooi ligging, mooie omgeving en je komt helemaal tit rust midden in de natuur, mits je aan de buitenrand van het park zit!! Het hotel daarentegen is vreselijke gehorig, van 's ochtends heel vroeg tot 's avonds hoor je krijzende kinderen en 's nachts stampen er overduidelijk dronken ouders over de gangen. Hier kom je dus ècht niet tot rust en raad ik ook niemand aan. Het eten in de restaurants is goed te doen, de 'spa' belachelijk duur en het zwembad kun je beter, als je zelf geen jonge kinderen mee hebt, vermijden.

Für einen Urlaub mit unseren Enkelkindern haben wir 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht, welche nicht einmal nebeneinander lagen, was uns sehr beim Aufenthalt beeinträchtigte. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, was man sowohl auf den Zimmern als auch in den gesamten Anlagen deutlich erkennt. Insbesondere die Sicherheit der Kinder wurde nicht ausreichend berücksichtigt. Ganz besonders ist uns das im Schwimmbad aufgefallen; die spitzen Steine der Umrahmung von Pflanzbereichen und Beckenumrandung sowie ein glatter Boden, sind leider sehr verletzungsgefährdend für Kinder. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Betten bequem.
