"Stayed here while recovering from surgery. They had no shuttle service even though it’s listed on their website which is why I put 4 stars, and no laundry room. Overall the staff were great and accommodating for when my plane landed very early I was able to check in earlier. The suite was clean with a mini kitchen which I enjoyed using, it was a quiet hotel, great for recovery. The complimentary buffet was ok. "

"Amazing clean hotel. We checked in last minute and the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing you can tell they put a lot of effort in how it looked but that’s not the best part. The room was exactly like the pictures— clean modern and very comfortable. I was very impressed considering the price point of the hotel is extremely reasonable and with breakfast included! Will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it. "

"Room 1804 I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. The Highlights Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. The Downside Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter."
