「There was no clothing iron in the room. The wire connection to the phone in room was disconnected and itried fixing ut to call frint desk but there was no option to call front desk and there was property number but when dialed, the call would not go through. I then went down to front desk and was not prioritized over other walk ins. After making me wait for over 10 mins, I was informed to go back to room and the iron will be brought ti my room. I waited over 20 mins and then had to call front...

「I was disappointed to find out there was no jacuzzi! I’ve stayed here a few times just because they had a jacuzzi! I was so disappointed! Overall the night & day shift was VERY PROFESSIONAL HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! Will I come back YES! And will still be sad No Jacuzzi!」

「1. Bed comfortable 2. Floors were sticky by the refrigerator and by one of the beds 3. No toilet tissue 4. No Shampoo/Conditioner 5. Had blinds but no blackout curtains, room to bright for sleeping」

「I think the house keeping could have been better as far as trash removal from the room. The bathroom door had to be closed hard in order to lock it. The staff was amazing. Excellent customer service.」
