"This hotel is to be expected for the price. It was a good deal what I will say that’s great about this. Hotel is You have your own outdoor space which is nice second, the rooms are pretty soundproof. We were able to listen to our music and you couldn’t hear it outside. We never once heard our neighbours well being there that’s a very nice feature. It’s hard to find that. Our bathroom needs repairing caulking in the shower parts of the wall missing it’s not something we complained about because we’re easy-going travelers. Some people may not like that It didn’t bother us because the property was still clean. One huge improvement I can mention is that this is probably one of the worst continental breakfast I’ve ever seen extremely basic, not even offering fruit, which was a little bit disappointing, especially because we went during down season and there were a little to no breakfast. Restaurants open when we went improving. The breakfast slightly would go a great distance, adding some extra different kinds of cereal having ketchup available having fruits or fruit salad and maybe some cheese would be a great addition."

"Second night stay, room smelled like sewage. Got a second room and bathroom had sewage smell. The gym equipment is broken and barely works. Cables snapped off. Should Not advertise fitness room If the equipment doesn’t work or isn’t maintained. Staff was excellent and food is good. Would stay again but prefer rooms that smell good. "

"The room was really clean however there was a lack of hot water for a shower at night and in the morning and bugs in the hot tub when we tried to use it at night other than that it was an excellent getaway nice warm fireplace nice shower and being downtown near restraints museums and the waterfront made everything within walking distance overall I would gladly go back again probably will in the near future"

"Newly renovated rooms and hotel with breakfast and a pool helped us select this hotel in Brockville. Location is great, and renovations are certainly underway, but not complete. The front office is in a guest room temporarily and the main floor is in full renovation mode. Our room was well appointed and very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful, however, clearly understaffed at the moment with the additional needs and changes for guests. Thankfully the pool remained open and the breakfast was a great addition we were thankful along the way of our travel! I look forward to staying again once the renovations are fully complete."
