「This is NOT a high end hotel, but it is very cozy. The overall appearance of the place was nice. Check in was easy. There are no room keys, but a pin/code. Luckily, the employee had it written down. We were told that it was sent to me, but I did not receive it. The location is very convenient...it's at the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We stayed in room #3. The room was nicely updated. The shower head definitely needs replaced. The air conditioner is in the bathroom. It cooled...

「The pictures on Expedia was totally different than in person. The pool wasn't open, there was a cover on it and there was trash and filth on pool cover and in pool area. There was trash on concrete outside of the rooms. I was traveling with a church friend and my parents, so we had 2 different rooms.
