「The hotel was nice! Located in front of the beach gives a nice view.」

「Room was big, I will give that, but that is about it. The bed was the most atrocious bed I have slept on, collapsing to the side and hard! Pillow was just a slim and superflat pillow which looked more like a cushion than a pillow. Bathroom could do with some TLC as a lot of mould was in the shower. Reception is on the third floor, meaning you have to climb three floors and escalators with absolutely nothing, empty spaces completely non utilised, why????Overall, incredibly underwhelming...

「The hotel was nice, however we were at the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy for a long time last night. The window didn't close properly so this didn't help. The room was nice and clean. A bottle of water in the room would have been good. Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful and the restaurant staff were very helpful. Thanks and yes I would stay here again」
