「Positives: Saturday (6/13) staff person was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us. Yurt was roomy and bed was comfortable.
Negatives: bathrooms are not well maintained; laundry room was extremely filthy, dirt, lint cig butts & mouse droppings all over.
Need to have a property map in room; saying laundry is at #1 bathroom and not tell where that is and not have # on bathrooms is useless.」
