"The rooms were very clean. Everyone was really nice and super helpful. Breakfast was always very good and dinner was also really good except everything closes very early so I would say fix that maybe but overall my day was really amazing."

"Extraordinary property and staff. Truly a 5-star experience with a gorgeous beach, delicious food, and memories that will last a lifetime. This is by far our favorite all inclusive resort. We enjoyed the excellence el Carmen as well, but the coral far exceeds even the hotel collection’s high standards. We can’t wait to return. The layout of the property is superb, as it is well integrated with the beach. Favorite restaurants were Zenith, Magna, and the Asian restaurant, as well as sushi by the pool at 5pm."

"The resort is beautifully built and the staff are very professional, helpful and welcoming. I would recommend that the butler team to examine the rooms before having guests check in though. We had a situation where the water pressure of the rainforest shower head was weak (yes we were on the top floor but the 4th floor shouldn't have this weak a water pressure) and the other small shower head just would not clamp on to the pole and kept sliding down. It was not a pleasant experience when halfway through the shower we had to go the front desk and ask for a solution. The staff was very helpful and they upgraded us to a different room where the shower head worked. Again this may not have been possible if we went during the peak season. So I would hope the hotel checks and maintains the rooms regularly to avoid this. I also hoped that the AC vent wouldn't point directly towards the bed - I was worried that it would give me headaches. Otherwise the hotel was really enjoyable, food and drinks were excellent, especially La Bohème, El Gaucho, Poseidon (buffet) and Capricho (breakfast). The beach was well maintained and the beds are very comfy both by the beach and by the pool. We will be back!"

"KEEP LOOKING! we come to cancun multiple times a year and this has been the worst experience yet! The pools are separated-family and adults. The swim ups are adult only. Not convenient. The beach, lame. The food, eh, average? Good luck with finding a good drink. A/C was terrible UNTIL we complained 3 times. They could just fix it. The power went out 3 times. The amount of rules they have is insane! The Waterpark is closed every monday. You have to ask for the minibar/sodas to be replaced EVERYDAY! they "cleaned" our room but left no clean towels. The staff isnt as friendly as other places We've stayed. The shows are a JOKE! we love a good michael Jackson show when we come, but nope, not this time. The buffet is better than all the speciality restaurants. Also, the people that stay here weren't even friendly. Not something we are used to down here."
