"This is a lovely place to stay. It is just off the M5 in a rural location. A beautiful pub with history. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The food choices are varied and when served, well presented. We will stay again when we are visiting family in Cheshire or Scotland. "This is a hotel with traditional style and modern comfort. We had a week's holiday here participating in the Three Choirs Festival. The hotel made us very welcome even to the extend of presenting us with a welcome gift. It all added to a most enjoyable break with good food and drink, good company and excellent entertainment. My daughter and son-in-law particularly enjoyed the cocktail bar so we made them a gift to come back on their own some-time. Thank you. A Five Star Review - we had a wonderful time!"

"Had a lovely welcome from the reception staff and the staff in general were very friendly and accommodating. We had room 306 and the view of the golf course was gorgeous. The room was large and spaces and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, could tell it was all locally sourced. The pool facilities were a bit disappointing, not enough seating around the pool and only one pool to share with the public. Steam and sauna very small. But apart from that we had a lovely enjoyable short break and would definitely return. "
