The open-plan living space is bright and airy, welcoming you to make yourself at home from the moment you arrive. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing brunches to fuel the troops before hitting the waves, or whipping up a couple of sides to go with your favourites hot off the BBQ grill.

On a mid-winter getaway, snuggle up on the cosy couches in front of the Smart TV to have a movie night, and with a touch of a button the efficient heat pump technology will ensure a cosy ambience.

Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to nine guests here at Seas the Day, with two modern bathrooms and a full laundry topping it all off.

Start your day with a morning coffee at Pipers Café just a two-minute drive away from home, or if you’re needing to stock up on supplies, the local Four Square is right next door.

You’re less than a three-minute walk away from the beach for a fun day in the sun, or bring the boat, take it to the local boat ramp five minutes away and launch it for a day out on the water.

For the keen golfer, The Dunes Matarangi Golf Course is an easy four-minute drive away, or hike the Matarangi Bluff Track to immerse yourself in the idyllic scenery that Matarangi has to offer.

Great house close to the beach

Nice, roomy house in a great location. The family had a good time here. Matarangi is also a good location with a large, safe beach and plenty of alternative places to go for day trips.
