Lovely modern set of properties, set up above Tekapo township. Well equipped, great shower, smart tv. The door keypad made it straight forward for entry.

Make sure you know where the rental office is

Management office is far away, hard to find, closes at 7pm. This could be a problem if you are not lucky or prepared. One month cancellation policy is onerous and inflexible. If there is any chance that your travel plans might change then book the incredible YHA. My Milford Track hike was canceled by flooding forcing a complete redesign of my itinerary but Skyrim was unwilling to let me move my dates or cancel. Once you are at Skyrim the rooms are great. The only glitch was a stove which would not work until the power was removed and restored. The shower is fabulous.

Great location but the outlook included a section that was mainly dirt and weeds with wood stacked up for a future building project. Could do with some more basics like toiletries in the bathroom. Furniture seemed a bit cheap and we were fearful of something breaking. Only saying these things because it had a high nightly rate. Otherwise the spec of the house, especially bathrooms and kitchen were excellent.

Property is close to the main lake shore area. The location is a bit away from the lake but the close enough to drive less than minutes to an attraction or spot. Clean inside, had stove and kitchen. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. For the price, at least having some bathroom essentials would be great.

Clean and newly furnished furniture. The main issue is with the collection of the key that is quite a lengthy process due to the number of customers. The door is quite a delicate as we got lock out quite easily if not careful

Terrific disappointment. AVOID THIS PLACE! This place is managed by greed overseas people. Hidden fees, a key that wouldn't work, poor customer service, close quarters/crammed in. This company is clearly cramming in as many tourists into the same place to make lots of money.
