We’re paid for a group of six adult and one child total seven beds needed. We arrived at the house at 4 p.m. to find only six beds so we called the management to fix the problem which took quite a while. Next there was not a single bar of soap in both bathrooms. Also only half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and nothing in the other bathroom. Furthermore, we are supposed to clean up our dishes after use but no dishwasher detergent provided. HOW ON EARTH ARE WE GOING TO CLEAN THE DISHES??? We ended up rinsing them in hot water. Terrible experience.
