「Wonderful location! Cozy and quaint. Loved watching the deer by the stream in the back of the property.Was able to use the driveway ramp on the other side of the house as the steps are steep going down to the house. Would love to stay here again.One of the best properties in Fredericksburg!」

「Great, quaint property close to Main Street restaurants and shopping. Driveway was a little confusing at first, but there was plenty of parking on site. The room was really well done with a huge bathroom. The sitting area in the room and fireplace were a nice plus. The private hot tub and deck were the reason we chose this place and were exactly what we pictured. Will absolutely book here again!」

「I was super surprised at this property for the price!! IT IS AMAZING!!! It is within walking distance to almost everything Fredericksburg. This will be my go-to from now on when staying there. Restaurants were close enough to walk to, and we literally walked everywhere. The screened-in porch was a nice touch, and you could hear all the evening festivities from there, but it did not hinder when you tried to go to bed at night. Very clean and well kept.」
