Town Creek Warren - Suite A | Great Locaton

If you are looking to be within walking distance to everything in Downtown Fredericksburg, this is the perfect place for you. Located just one block north of Main St, this spacious suite is centrally located yet romantic and private.

Inside, you will find everything you need to recoup from a full day in Fredericksburg. Upon entering the suite, the open concept welcomes you into the coffee bar with a bistro table to enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig or the living area where you can relax on a comfy seating group and watch cable TV. The bedroom area has a King sized bed with luxury linens that are changed out periodically according to the season. The wonderful walk-in shower is the focal point of the bathroom, but also provides robes to lounge around in.

In the evenings, head down to the deck where they have an abundance of beautiful potted plants. The shaded deck overlooking Town Creek is the perfect place to sit, unwind and enjoy a glass of wine.

Suite A overlooks Town Creek and the spacious shaded deck but you will also be just a quick walk to the Nimitz Museum and National Museum of the Pacific War as well as all of the wonderful restaurants, shops and festivities Fredericksburg has to offer. The Town Creek Warren is perfect for a romantic weekend or rent both suites for a couples getaway. Either way, it's the ideal place to immerse yourself in everything Fredericksburg has to offer.

The suite is pet friendly and will accept up to two dogs. However, there is a pet fee of $22/dog/night. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

*Please note that there is a separate suite on the property that might be occupied during your stay. In addition, the driveway and wooden deck are common spaces that are shared between guests of both suites. Also, you will need to climb stairs to reach the suite.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Perfect Location, Quiet and Comfortable!

Wonderful spot

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg. This is the next extremely convenient location as well as perfect care in maintenance. I would highly recommend this site if anyone is looking for a short or longer-term stay in Fredericksburg to see the sites.

This is our second time at Town Creek Warren. We love the location, which is within walking distance of Main St, Market Platz and restaurants. It's clean, has modern furnishings, a huge shower (for two), and the coffee service is a big plus. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our short one night stay. Everything was well organized and the room was very clean. Unfortunately, the red couch had short white dog hair on it, so we could not use it. Besides this issue, we had a very nice stay and will be back when we are in Fredericksburg. Thank You, Linda von Keitz

Just a couple of suggestions. We are not seasoned travelers. The access code instructions did not include entering the checkmark after the numerical code. It would have been helpful to know that. ( a phone call for assistance) Also when we left the first day, we did not know to lock the door. (another phone call) The TV said " No Signal". We learned from the very nice gentleman who came to our assistance how to fix it. Unfortunately, we had to do it each we turned the TV on, but fortunately we knew what to do. ( a third phone call for assistance) We called for assistance three times the first hour of the first day of our arrival. He was most helpful and very pleasant. We would have been stuck without him! Praises go to him!!! We loved the location. It was so close to Main street and the Rockbox. We could easily walk anywhere from that location. It was comfortable (after I added an additional blanket!). I would recommend it to anyone! It is a great place.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Great shower When we arrived I noticed there was no toaster oven and within an hour one was delivered to us. The location could not have been better. We plan on spending a week sometime this spring. This will be our go to place when in Fredericksburg

Suite A was perfect for two. The location cannot be beat. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. Check in and check out was smooth. The suite was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our two-night stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Location can't be beat for the price. It has everything you need for a weekend and so cute. You have to climb stairs to reach the unit, but that was totally fine for us! Bed is a little hard but, again, ok for us. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location

This place is perfectly located within the Main Street area of Fredericksburg. It made shopping easy because we could just walk back and drop off bags we didn’t want to lug around. The house was clean, cute and quaint! It was my first time being in charge of the Vrbo rental so I felt the pressure, but I definitely I delivered a true gem!
