It's very quiet in the development and you are walking distance to a little marketplace with shops and a great place to eat, and a very short drive to multiple beaches and the Mashpee Commons. 「The room was tiny the extra fees and cost for this little room were overpriced the back beach isn't the beach its the cove were boats load and upload with a little vog infront of that yard .I was allergic to something in that room i spent the night in tje living room . The host was very nice but tbe place wasn't what I expected. At all plus cape verdiain feast going on place was mobbed.」
