Located Steps Away To Main Street And .7 Miles From Surf Drive Beach

Brand new home completed July 2014 with every comfort and amenity of home. Great location with a one block walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Desirable proximity to all of Falmouth's fantastic beaches. There are 3 bedrooms (1 master with private bath), 2.5 baths featuring marble tiled floors, central heat & a/c, full size washer / dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, back patio area with table and seating for 8, outdoor gas BBQ grill and fire pit. Main floor has a beautiful open floor plan with an inviting atmosphere with nineteen windows. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Kitchen and living room have been combined for a wonderful open gathering room that has both a dining table and a user friendly island with plenty of seating.
The property has three security cameras, each one in each entrance.

The perfect wedding weekend stay

Our stay at the property was for our granddaughte’s wedding. The location was perfect and close to all the festivities over the weekend. The home is so nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need. We so enjoyed our stay and would certainly repeat the experience without any hesitation.

Family reunion on Gifford

We loved this space to host a meal for our reunion of 5 siblings and some of their children and grand children. Great open kitchen and family room space. And nice outdoor patio. And good location for the Shinning Sea Bike trail.

I think this was our 7th year staying at this wonderful house. It’s become a home away from home for our family. Everything about the house and our stay was, and always is, perfect. Cape Cod Family Christmas

Once again, we enjoyed our family Christmas on the Cape in our favorite area. This house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The house is immaculate and completely stocked. The beds are extremely comfortable, there is plenty of room for our entire family to enjoy themselves and Roberta was so easy to communicate with if needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and great location

This house was so clean and the location was perfect for our annual girls weekend! We stay in places walkable to all the shops and restaurants and this location was perfect. Roberta was so responsive and helpful both prior to our arrival and upon arrival. We would book this property again in heartbeat. The beds were very Comfortable and we were very happy with everything about our stay at this lovely home!

Amazing house!

This was one of the nicest rentals ive ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed with really nice appliances. Walkable to downtown Falmouth restaurants. Plenty of off street parking too. I definitely recommend this house if youre staying in the area!

Memorial Day Weekend in Falmouth

Fantastic location and a short walk to town, to the Island Queen and an even shorter walk to the Clam Man. House is updated with an open floor concept. First floor bedroom has its own full bathroom and is perfect for parents who would like a little alone time.

Fabulous Downtown Falmouth Home

Our family loves this home! We have rented it a couple of times and it's always perfect. It has become our go to place on the Cape. We love the walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, the short drive to beaches and the nearby bike path to Woods Hole. The home is just right - spacious yet cozy feel with nice bathrooms, quaint backyard and the most charming cape cod decor.

Location could not be better!!

Such a perfect spot!! Steps to downtown. Could walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive. Beautiful kitchen with so much open space. Great outdoor space to hang out! Host was responsive, accommodating and so nice. Very clean, plenty of towels too!

Adults and kids had a great time in this perfect, spacious, beautiful, convenient home!! Walked to playground and park, town and beach. Grocery store and park with beach were within a few miles also. We hope to return!

Thanksgiving Vacation

This was our second stay at Roberta’s lovely home. The house is in a great location (very nice area, close to everything) and is very comfortable. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is very nice and was great for preparing Thanksgiving dinner- plenty of seating in the dining area. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, with a great backyard. Roberta is a great host- very responsive and helpful- she had the fridge stocked with water and cream for coffee as well as a goodie bag of snacks which was really nice after a long drive! Overall, a really great place to stay - we had a wonderful family Thanksgiving vacation! Thanks Roberta!

Stayed here for a mom’s night away. There was 5 of us and plenty of space for all of us to sleep, hang out and get ready. We got dinner at Estia which was awesome and then walked to the Irish pub Maguire’s for some night life/ music. The drive was less then 5 minutes to the restaurant. We had a great stay even though it’s off season in March. The house was clean and very cute! We already talked about doing it again next year. Thanks!

Stunning, Clean, Large Home

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is tastefully redone with amazing touches that make you feel clean, welcome and comfortable! I cannot say enough about this home. We had the best stay here. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and PLENTY of extra pillows and blankets. It is the perfect house for a large family. Simple walk to Main Street / library/ huge playground. The host Roberta thought of everything you might ever need during your stay. She was responsive and kind. There were snacks and waters waiting for us when we arrived! Everything in the home worked properly and as it should ! We hope to stay here again soon & and are already missing the beautiful kitchen!
