"It is located in a place with a very beautiful cityscape, and I was able to interact with tourists who were staying in the same way, and all the staff were kind to me!"
"The staff was fantastic and friendly and housekeeping was wonderful. Always came back from a day out to a beautiful clean room, and the whole building smells fresh.
Subway access was really close 3 minute walk and central park less then 5 minutes.
I definitely enjoyed my stay"

Hyatt Grand Central New York
10/10 Excellent
"Great place to stay and my family loves it
Close to subway and right next to Grand Central Station "
"Everyone was so nice! The beds are comfortable and the staff is constantly cleaning, so even there are messy guests, it’s not for long. And last and most important, it’s an inclusive space and they make sure that’s held by everyone and seen by all guests"
"The check-in was horrible. We are a family of 6 with 3 kids and we had to wait for 1 hour in the lobby to get checked in. We were told to sit and wait that someone will come get us. We were sitting and waiting; freezing ( the lobby is so cold) and no one communicated with us. After 1:15 minutes of sitting, I went to the front desk to check the status and the young lady said "oh your room is ready! sorry " while we all were sitting in front of the lobby with restless 2 years old kid. Horrible! once we went to our room, it was great room and perfect location! "
"We loved our stay here. Staff was extremely helpfull, polite and answered all of our questions. Even held our bags after check out while we waited for our departing flight. We will definately stay here again"
"The staff were particularly courteous and helpful. They gave us an upgrade to a large and comfortable room. Great value! We will certainly come again."
