「We had a pleasant stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was a treat. It was well-kept, clean, and had a open feel with all of the windows and doors open to the sprawling yard and the mountain views. Although the parking lot seemed large enough, parking was a little chaotic. The restaurant had a good variety of choices and reasonable prices. Recommend the hotel and restaurant.」

「It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in...
