Chalet Chocolat is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet for 8 spread over 3 floors, and 170m2 of floor space.
With floor to ceiling windows all around the main living floor, the views, scenery, and weather are as much a part of the internal landscape of the chalet as the furniture!
Chalet Chocolat is popular with OVO Network guests, who appreciate in particular the comfort, the decor, the views, and the proximity to Manigod village, the ski fields, and La Clusaz.
There are two large terraces - one with a hot tub and the other with a dining table, lounge area, barbecue and breathtaking views.
Chalet Chocolat is situated just off the road between Manigod village and the pistes at La Croix Fry, so the road is always kept clear of snow. And if you'd rather not use your car, the ski bus stops just outside.
Parking is in the garage or in front of the chalet.
- The garden is accessible but not fenced. Children will be able to play in the garden under parental supervision. - Please note: if you decide to book Chalet Chocolat together with nearby Chalet Parakima, please be aware that none of the properties' dining tables can accommodate more than the capacity of each rental. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. - Animals are strictly prohibited on the property due to the owners' allergies.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

Un Chalet Confortable avec une Vue Splendide
Très beau chalet confortable, au calme (même si on entend de temps en temps les voitures qui descendent le col de la Croix Fry). Avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes. Beaucoup de balades dans les environs, avec un beau panorama. Petit village typiquement savoyard.

Plaisir en famille à la montagne
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille au chalet chocolat. Il est très beau, la pièce principale est spacieuse et lumineuse avec un canapé assez grand pour accueillir toute la famille. Une belle salle de télé et jeux que les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié, les grands se sont fait plaisir au billard et enfin le jacuzzi qui a été fort apprécié de tous, nous a fait oublier le temps incertain. Et enfin n'oublions pas la vue ! Sublime sur les montagnes et la vallée. Nous reviendrons !

100% satisfaits!
Un chalet plus que confortable, très bien pensé et une vue à couper le souffle. Tout est fait pour passer un merveilleux séjour. Le petit bonus: l'accueil chaleureux et l'écoute attentive de Corinne la manager, toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour nous. Elle a rendu ce séjour encore plus agréable.

Superbes prestations et belle orientation
Super chalet, orienté plein sud et face aux montagnes et à la vallée que l'on peut admirer un verre à la main sur la magnifique terrasse!
Corinne, qui s'est occupée de notre arrivée et de notre départ, était super sympa, efficace et très prévenante. Un vrai plaisir!

Très bon séjour
Ce chalet est magnifique, très bien décoré et une vue splendide! Pour nous, le seul hic a été la literie, mais en la matière il est rare de pouvoir contenter tous les goûts ! Corinne la manager est très à l'écoute et plus encore! Parfait!

La vue imprenable est époustouflante du matin au soir. Ce chalet est un vrai coup de cœur !

Ses équipements sont exceptionnels, du barbecue à la vaisselle ! Nous nous souviendrons des délicieux bains de soleil au salon de jardin. Suggestion : installer des rideaux dans la grande salle pour préserver le frais en été.
