Top Market Street Railway Museum Hotel Reviews
Harbor Court Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"If you are looking for something other than a typical chain hotel, this is the place to stay! Unique history of the building, very friendly and professional staff, cozy and relaxing. Not too far of a walk to attractions like fisherman’s warf; you can experience the Bay Area. If we come back to San Francisco, easily would stay again! "
"The staff were all unbelievably kind, on another level. I worked at Disney and know a think or two about good guest service, but these folks felt genuine. Dan at the door helped us with everything we needed. We didn’t look like the other clientele. We were scrappy little punk emos taking up space in a refined lobby and they still treated us with the upmost kindness and respect. We wanted an early check in and it wasn’t available. As soon as they could they got us in 30 minutes before check in and upgraded our view for our patience. I will be staying here again no questions asked."
"Everything was pretty good service except we got a room next to the elevator and that was pretty noisy. We would have changed but there was no more rooms available to change too. They should tell you that our room was next to the elevator."
