"The hotel here was very lovely and 26th floor had such a beautiful city view. Clean room, kind staff, and great amenities here. The only thing they do not have is a microwave in the room, but there is a restaurant on site and a mini cafe. Along with that, great restaurants around walking distance wise. :)"

"Clean room. Building just shakes, you can hear crackling noise when strong winds hits at higher floors rooms. They say its how earthquake structure works."

"Everything in the property was great except the tv didn’t work in the rooms our whole stay we were in the suite and we had to keep calling. Valet was horrible each day they were rude and they were late bringing to car down and lost our ticket several times. $88 a day not fair to customer "

"Checking in and out was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Handlery is in the heart of Union Square and within walking distance to restaurants, stores, the theater and Chinatown. When I’m in the city I always choose the Handlery. My only complaint would be having a discounted rate for parking if you are guests at the hotel. We parked in another garage that was considerably cheaper. "
