"Wet flor no ac n no showers it took 35 min to check in"

"Ice machine did not work, stayed 2 nights room was not cleaned after first night, hair drier did not work, walk in shower flooded the floor, room was ok but needed a refresh "

"We had a very lovely 1 nt stay while receiving local VA services. We were early arriving, so 1st went to the Player’s Club desk w/ our Veteran IDs, where we were automatically upgraded to “Legend” status. We had lunch at the HR cafe & couldn’t have had friendlier service & b/c it was “Military Monday”, our lunch was 25% off! Hubby liked the mahi sandwich (we split) more than I did, but the fries were spot on."

"Very nice place for the money. I would definitely stay here again! You can stay here and walk to a couple of nice restaurants and the movie theater. Also a bowling alley within walking distance. Great date night staying here and not having to worry about driving anywhere for the evening."

"The hotel is well maintained and the staff is incredible. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew are polite and helpful. It is a great hotel. "

"Smoke in lobby and in room. Dated room. Loud AC unit. Bed not great. Noisy. On first floor next to public washroom and pool table. Refrigerator made noise all night. "
