"Very cold no heating had to ask then ask again
They let us in to room early but it had not been cleaned so Covid is a bad risk as not been disaffected so would have rather left our stuff in the car until later"

"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!!
Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get.
Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property.
Safety - The front door to the accommodation block wasn't...
