「The pic of the pool is not indicative of the reality. It did not become usable until the 6th day of a 11 Night stay. The host did answer each promptly. He seemed bitter as the trip went on. This is by far the only bad experience we have had with VRBO. I am not sure this property deserves to be on VRBO 」

「Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food...

「I stayed here from May 3rd til 9th 2026. Great location, Easy check in/out. Only bad thing is the turn down service. You need to schedule it a day in advance and when you tried to schedule it, the staff that your supposed to schedule with are rarely there. The week I was their, only seen them once and I didn't have a turn down service at all..only bad thing about this place.」

「They gave me an upgrade instead of the studio. I got one bedroom, but I don’t think it had the view that I signed up for my ocean view was like 45° still straight on the furniture was beat up. I put my shirts in the dresser and then put it on the next day and it had an odd smell. They need to put lavender or something in those drawers so I just left everything out. Fridge was awesome. Balcony was OK next-door. Neighbors were not very nice. The beach had a lot of seaweed. All about being said we...
