「We have stayed here now 4 times and we are usually very impressed. We had an issue with the bed in one of the rooms and when we brought this to management they were very kind to move us to another room where the bed was much better and more comfortable. I think if I have one complaint, it was that the pool is hardly ever clean and some of the rooms have damage to fixtures and walls- though nothing serious. As an example, one of the rooms has a closet door that has never been fixed in the 2 times...
