You’ll also love the convenient access to Boot Key Harbor from its 30ft. dock,  where you’ll find nearby fuel docks, waterfront dining and all the essentials for your boating adventures. Located on a deep water canal, Sea La Vie is perfect for boaters — with easy access to open water!



Enjoy your private and fenced backyard — perfect for your pups or for soaking up the sun & yard games.



Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a private parking area with room to store a boat trailer and your own entrance into this thoughtfully appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bath home featuring:



A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances – perfect for cooking your catch of the day.

A dining area that comfortably seats 4, great for entertaining.

A cozy living space with brand-new couches and a smart TV for relaxing evenings.

A screened-in lanai with canal views, outdoor seating, shaded lounging, a grill and laundry room access.
