"Room matched the pictures and description on the website. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Easily the best complimentary breakfast we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Gym was well equipped although a bit cramped if it was busy. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again."

"Renovated hotel with contemporary vibe - provided a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning during a warm weather period in Toronto. The room was clean and relatively quiet, with several options for dimming lights in the room and a clever fold-down desk near the bed. There was a bit of recurring vehicle noise in the middle of the night, that sounded like large trucks picking up garbage - don't know where they were located though. After checkout, I appreciated the option to leave my luggage at the hotel desk for a few hours (free service), until it was time to go to airport. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit."
