"The breakfast was amazing! I find the configuration of the room is disappointing. We wanted a full suite with a separate bedroom but did not get that. Also, not a full suite as there is no full kitchen."

"Staff is always friendly and quick to get you checked in and out. The rooms have always been clean and the shower pressure is always great."

"Great location downtown Toronto. The room was small but nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The best treat is the 27th floor adult pool, hot tub, and observation deck. Gorgeous!"

"Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. To top things off, the sheets and bathroom counter were covered in hair, probably the last guests. The sheets must have not been changed as the hair was all over the sheets under the blanket."

"We were given an upgrade to a bigger room which was wonderful! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and the woman at the registration desk was particularily helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. We loved the hotel and will definitelh stay there again!"
