「The cottage is lovely, perfect for two people! Everything we needed was provided for a very comfortable week’s stay. Its location is perfect, only a few short blocks to the happening downtown center of Manteo. Also the best ice cream store is right across the street from the cottage!」

「We were so happy to find a home that not only allowed short stays – just three nights – but also our Sweet mini doodle and literally a stones. Throw up a Dune and on the beach. Perfect house for a couple even the linens were quality! And the communication with the host was always immediate and first rate. Cannot recommend highly enough.」

「SeaSpray was a very charming place. 4 cottages grouped together but with plenty of privacy and space. We stayed in Number 4 which is a quaint 1 bedroom. It was spacious yet maintained the era it was built. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next get away.」

「Lovely cottage with real wood interior in a great location. Everything was nice and clean. Central AC. Kitchen is well furnished with basic dishes and flatware but we did bring our mobile kitchen with a heavy frying pan, carbon knives, coffee-making, drink-mixing kit. Beds are good (bring your own sheets). Short walk to the beach, near restaurants and services. Great communication.」

「Can’t beat the location. Not the newest property but the unit was nicely appointed and included Keurig and many kitchen/bath starters, such as shampoo, conditioner, kitchen soap/sponge, paper towels and linens. Steps to Arts for breakfast and/or cocktails. Beach was directly across the street—2 min. walk. We’ll be back!」

「This house has everything you need to enjoy the beach without the hassle of the beach. You can sit on the porch and breath in the ocean, or you can walk over the dune and be on the beach. There is an outdoor shower and 2 hoses so you can rinse off before either getting in the hot tub or going into the house. The house is spacious, has all you need to not have to eat out every meal. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this house and making memories. Highly recommend.」

「We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.」

「Location was excellent and the house actually seemed larger than the pictures showed. Bed were comfortable and everything worked as expected.The electronic door lock was a little weird, but we got that figured out. 「Wonderful property! Very clean inside the house and short private access to the beach! Property manager/owner will work with any concerns or problems that may arise! Mentioned a set of batteries were dead and within 20 mins there was brand new batteries on the door step! 」
