"What can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing, from the top-notch hotel service at the front desk to the property cleanliness; it outshined every hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. The town of Menaggio is very walkable and can be seen in half a day, so if you want to fill up your itinerary, you can take a ferry to Bellagio, or Varenna. We opted for breakfast, and oh my goodness, it was amazing. I absolutely loved their orange juice, as well as the variety of food they offered, from the charcuterie to the main dishes to the snacks. Absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is a pretty big property for being in Maggio. Its cleanliness, gym, indoor spa with an indoor pool, sauna, and resting areas were absolutely amazing and should definitely be utilized. I want to thank Lorena, who was so helpful throughout our stay, from beginning to end. She was absolutely amazing, and the women at the front desk who assisted us absolutely deserve a raise because they work so hard and helped us with absolutely everything. I proposed to my girlfriend right in front of the hotel, and the hotel staff accommodated all my requests in helping me propose to my girlfriend of nine years, and it was just so perfect. They were helpful, kind to all of us, and we would definitely go back in a heartbeat. This is well worth your money because who knows if you’ll ever be back again so make those unforgettable memories with Grand Hotel Victoria!"

"Lovely hotel with easy access to the lake ferries. The back of the property is lakeside with lovely views. The pool is clean and warm, with plenty of sun loungers lining the area between the pool and lake. Breakfast was well organised, with plenty of choice. There is an outdoor eating area if you like alfresco dining. All staff were polite and friendly."

"Spacious comfortable loft room, view, train delayed to Como and late to hotel (about 9:15-9:30pm)- no dining options in Bellagio open including hotel Silvio, but they did end up allowing cold appertivo options and wine with some convincing. Bellagio is a beautiful place! Recommend ferry ride to Como. "

Quick overnight in Menaggio

"The hotel stay was just what we needed. A quick walk to the downtown area (via sidewalks and stairs). But watch our for the relatively steep walk back. We had plenty of room, our car parked close, and a great view from our balcony. They have a great pool area as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
