「Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive.

「The room was very small and dirty. Full of cigarette cans, requested to clean the room multiple times no one responded. Full of mosquitoes. No water in the tap in the sink. My room was in 4 th floor and the lift is not in service, ac was set in 16 degrees and no remote was provided even after requesting multiple times. Very pathetic service, pathetic hotel. Don’t recommend this to anyone 」
