Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. 「Checking in was an issue. I did not receive an email telling me the rental number or the code to unlock the key. We had to get people upstairs to call for us as our phones did not work. This took 2 hours. Then we left to go to the store and could not get back in as the door handle lock did not work.
