「The house had everything it described, was very spacious and clean. The major downside was NO Wi-Fi that was a surprise ad never said it had it but in 2025 I guess you just automatically assumed it would have it. We did have a situation with a wasp infestation but I contacted the owner and she had someone out within literally 20 minutes to take care of it. We then had to call her again because the air conditioning went out and again she had her son in law come out immediately, unfortunately he...

「Came to Elkader for a quiet stay, not disappointed. Katherine and Michael were excellent hosts, unit 1 exceptionally clean and cozy. Hotel quality linens, modern unit with homey touches. Loved Michael’s breakfast in the morning. Ate dinner at St. Olaf Tavern, would recommend, short drive from Elkader. One block to Turkey River, nice areas to sit along the river. Elkader has other good restaurant options right in town.」

「This space was perfect for my family of 4 visiting from IL to see the Field of Dreams Movie Site. It was so cute, VERY clean, and close to all the downtown stuff we wanted to visit. Perfect walking distance to breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, a brewery, the Basilica, etc. I am so glad we booked this space, it made our Dyersville trip such a great experience! 」

「We have stayed at the Elkader Jail House many times and the Harstad Suite is a great room for the 4 of us. The large kitchen and family space on the first floor provide plenty of space for everyone to get together and relax. Its nearby my family and takes the stress off anyone needing to make space for all of us to sleep. Its comfortable, clean and an easy to walk downtown. We'll be back soon!」

「値段相応の宿です。男が一人で宿泊するには十分な品質だと思いますが、女性が宿泊するには、ちょっと怖いと思うので女性にはオススメしません。家族連れにも余りオススメしません。久しぶりにブラウン管テレビを見ました。私は10月に訪れたので冷房も暖房も必要がなかったのですが、備え付けの空調はボロボロだったので夏場/冬場にちゃんと仕事をするかはわかりません。風呂には石鹸はありましたが、シャンプーがありませんでした。ドライヤーも見付けることが出来ませんでした。コーヒー/紅茶的なものは部屋にはありません。部屋の電子レンジはかなり五月蠅いです。給湯器/ポット/ケトルはありません。しかも、レンジで使えるコップが部屋になかったので湯がて手に入らずカップラーメンを食べることができませんでした。 wifiは多くの人が使う時間帯（朝と夜）にはつながりにくくなります。（これはどこでも同じ）ホテルの周りには、スーパーやマクドがあるので食べることには苦労しないと思います。」
