"Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Hot spring was excellent, relaxing in outdoor one looking up at stars was fantastic. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much…so many choices of delicious food including desserts. "

"The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious, though mainly Japanese with just some bread rolls, which may be limiting for those who prefer the Western style breakfast. There were separate onsen areas, one open to public and the other just for the hotel guests. The public bath was open only for limited times, and the amenities were minimal."

"The room was tiny but comfy. I couldn't sleep the first night due to a water-leak sound from the AC, but they were happy to switch my room the next day, which was great. The desk was small, but the tub was big enough to relax in. I didn't get the breakfast buffet as the photos didn't look appetizing and it felt a bit expensive. Plus, waffles for breakfast aren't really my thing—a bit too unhealthy for me. Loved the free coffee anytime! The staff were all very nice. The washer and dryer were also reliable even after four uses."
