「Everything was great. The only thing thst could be improved is that they could have the air conditioning running before you check in as upon arrival the room was very hot and took a while to cool down. Room was clean A/C was great, breakfast was great, staff were very pleasant and free airport shuttle」

「When I checked in, the front desk staff couldn't find my name on the computer. The reservation was properly made but they couldn't find it due to their mistake (name and surname were written backwards). Then she called the manager and required me pay again. They realized the mistake but it took 40 minutes to check in. She never apologized and continued to behave arrogantly. Even though I had paid in advance for late check-out, Front Staff (male) was told to "not yet pay!". Great breakfast, nice...
