This cozy two-bedroom, pet friendly, two-bath condo is the perfect retreat for

your Mammoth getaway! Featuring vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace,

and poolside views near the Jacuzzi, this light and bright unit offers a warm

and inviting atmosphere. The master bedroom includes a comfortable Queen bed,

while the second bedroom has two Twin beds, ideal for families or groups. A

pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space,

allowing the unit to accommodate up to six guests. The fully remodeled kitchen

is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, making it easy to

enjoy meals with family and friends. After a day on the slopes or exploring

local trails, relax in the cozy living area by the fireplace and watch your

favorite movie on the 60" flatscreen TV. The dining table comfortably seats

four. With its convenient layout and inviting charm, this unit is a great

choice for your Mammoth Lakes escape year-round. Located in the highly

desirable Mammoth Estates community, you’ll be just one block from The Village

and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining,

nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. This is the

perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether you're visiting

in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and outdoor fun.

Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around

town. Guests enjoy access to two unassigned outdoor parking spaces. The

amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation

room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa,

Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of

amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness

center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and

a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests

can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and

pickleball courts. This unit includes two parking passes. If additional

parking is needed, please contact our office for assistance with alternative

arrangements and alternative options. This unit sleeps up to 6 guests, is non-

smoking and one pet is permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time.

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

Cozy and close to the Village

The place was convenient as it was 2 easy blocks to walk to the Village/gondola, and the amenities were just fine. The kids like the bonus narrow loft w hidden stairs. Wish the TV was more modern, but the kitchen had good appliances, dishes and utensils. Overall no complaints...maybe a little bit better lighting around the living room, but overall was fine.
